Federal Stimulus Infuses $43 Million Into CVG to Keep the Cincinnati/NKY Airport Operational
The federal $2.2 trillion stimulus passed amidst the novel coronavirus pandemic will bring nearly $43 million to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), according to a release from U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's office. Airports around Kentucky received $77.2 million from the Federal Aviation Administration because of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act, according to the release.
