The Moodie Davitt eZine: Reimagining the travel retail model
New consumer behavior, the transformation of shopping environments and the industry commercial model post-COVID-19 are among the big issues being considered as part of The Trinity Initiative, launched in April through The Moodie Davitt Report. We report on that initiative in this edition of The Moodie Davitt eZine – Travel Retail’s Lookbook.
With the cooperation of a range of senior industry stakeholders and in association with management consultancy Bain & Company, we aim to identify solutions to key industry questions during and after the crisis. Two webinars to kickstart the initiative took place on 24 April, setting the scene for further discussions ahead, which will culminate in a White Paper. We present highlights from those webinars, and the range of views discussed.
