The Moodie Davitt Report launches the Travel Retail Talent Retention Scheme
The Moodie Davitt Report has today launched the Travel Retail Talent Retention Scheme, an initiative designed to assist those whose jobs have been lost during the COVID-19 crisis – and to help employers once recovery is underway.
As the disease has raged across the world, prompting the collapse of travel worldwide, many outstanding management and staff have lost their jobs in the aviation, cruise, retail and F&B sectors.
The Travel Retail Talent Retention Scheme will serve as a central database from which employers can recruit candidates (full-time, part-time, project/consultancy basis etc) once the recovery starts, without having to pay headhunters’ fees, thus benefiting all parties. No charges whatsoever will be levied by The Moodie Davitt Report.
